Terms and Conditions for Transfers Plus UK
1. Introduction
Welcome to Transfers Plus UK. By booking a journey with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Bookings and Journeys
• A regular journey includes one pick-up address and one drop-off address.
• Additional collections or drop-offs are subject to extra charges.
• Clients must inform Transfers Plus UK staff of any special requirements or multiple stops at the time of booking to ensure appropriate scheduling and pricing.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled journey will not incur any charges.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled journey will be charged in full.
• If a client is a no-show, they will be charged the full booking amount as a call-out fee.
4. Flight Transfers
• For airport collections, the flight arrival time into the UK must be provided, not the departure time from the original location.
• Incorrect information that leads to a secondary journey will incur additional charges.
• Our drivers will meet clients in the arrivals hall unless other arrangements are agreed upon at the time of booking.
5. Responsibility and Liability
• Transfers Plus UK is not responsible for missed flights or connections due to traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Travel time estimates are for guidance only and should not be solely relied upon for planning flight or train connections.
• We will not offer refunds to passengers who fail to wait for their assigned driver and choose alternative transport.
6. Waiting Time and Additional Charges
• One hour of free waiting time is included for airport collections only.
• Additional waiting time beyond this may be charged at a rate starting from £30 per hour.
• Any damage caused by the client to the vehicle’s interior or fixtures will be charged to the client.
• Soiling the vehicle will incur a minimum cleaning fee of £200, to cover cleaning costs and vehicle downtime.
7. Vehicle and Driver Allocation
• Transfers Plus UK reserves the right to change the assigned vehicle or driver at any time without prior notice.
• We and our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any client believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour is threatening, abusive, or poses a safety risk.
8. Conduct and Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Transfers Plus UK vehicles.
• Clients are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with public safety standards during the journey.
9. Last-Minute Changes
• We will make every effort to accommodate late changes to bookings when possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
